"This is a welcoming and inclusive mat-based yoga class open to all abilities, from beginners to regular yoga practitioners. Participants should have access to an open space where they can lie on the ground or stand and move their arms freely, they should also wear comfortable clothing and be in a room where they will not be disturbed. The class will begin with a grounding meditation either seated or lying on the ground, then it will gradually develop into a physical movement practice exploring the connection between the breath and the body, before finishing with a full body relaxation and visualisation.
