"This stress-release yoga class can be offered as mat or chair-based and is accessible for all levels. Through gentle twists, stretches, cross-patterning movements, and balance poses, we work to integrate the brain’s hemispheres, release physical tension, and improve cognitive function and coordination. Each session is tailored to meet the students’ needs, providing the right level of challenge for an enjoyable and confidence-building experience. We conclude with restorative practices to deeply calm the nervous system, leaving students feeling refreshed and at ease. Understand the principles of mindfulness practice and the positive impact on mind, body, brain, overall functioning and performance.
