• Gain an awareness of potential indicators of substance use and / or gambling
• Consider the potential harm caused by alcohol / substance use and gambling on our physical and mental health
• Gain awareness of supports to minimise harm
• Gain an awareness of appropriate ways to support others and referral pathways"
