Description

"Parents' lives can be very busy and this training will explore the different roles that parents or carers play, along with the impact this can have on their overall wellbeing. Participants will be signposted to support available and have the opportunity for Q&A. We will also discuss the following:
• What hats do you wear as a parent / carer?

• As a parent / carer what impacts on your wellbeing?
