"Neurodiversity is a relatively new term, which many people may not yet fully understand. Learning more about neurodiversity, as well as taking positive, constructive, and measured steps to better support it at work, can have huge benefits for employers and employees. The aim is to recognise the importance of embracing Neurodiversity in the workplace and the benefits this can bring.
