"A workshop on how to support a staff member in distress. This presentation will inform participants on how best to approach a staff member you might be concerned about. We will discuss signs and symptoms to look out for and the ways in which we can support our colleague by helping them to reach out to the many supports available to them. We will also discuss the importance of your Employee Assistance Programme and how they can support you in supporting others."
